30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags cannot be returned.
The following items are non-returnable: sale items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, and gift cards.
How to Return
Email hello@xyzretail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the parcel.
Drop it off at your nearest post office using the address we provide. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
